Please read the following thoroughly, as some changes have been made that allow Sassy Face the ability to offer you a quality experience.
All guests are required to include an active credit card within their profile in the instance that it needs to be used. A 50% deposit will be rendered during the time of scheduling for all new guests and for those who have a history of late cancellations/no show. Those with a history of maintaining their appointments outside of the requested 48 hour timeframe, will not have to render a deposit for future appointments.
Sassy Face KC works by appointment only. Last minute appointments or walk in's are possible when there is time in the schedule to accomodate. Please communicate directly with us prior to your arrival.
At Sassy Face KC, your time (and ours) is sacred. To keep things running smoothly and ensure every guest enjoys their full experience, please review our booking etiquette below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for all appointment changes — 72 hours for services over 2.5 hours. Changes made after this window must be handled via text with your service provider.
Late changes or cancellations will incur a 50% charge or forfeiture of your deposit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full service amount, and future bookings may require a deposit.
Frequent Rescheduling
If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, deposits are forfeited. After three consecutive changes, online booking privileges may be paused.
Running Late
A quick text is appreciated! After 10 minutes late, services may be modified or rescheduled, and the same-day cancellation policy applies.

Life happens — we get it. Emergencies and illness are always handled with compassion and communication.

✨ Pro Tip: Pre-book 2–3 months ahead to secure your preferred times and keep your skin goals on track. Appointments beyond 90 days can be scheduled in person during checkout.
You’ll receive an immediate text and/or email confirming any appointment that’s been scheduled, modified, or cancelled. If you don’t receive one, it may not have been successfully submitted, your info may need updating, or it could’ve landed in spam/junk.
If your message says “Pending Approval,” no worries — your time is securely reserved just for you. It simply means we haven’t had a moment to hit “approve” yet.
You’ll receive three notifications about your appointment — giving you **P L E N T Y ** of time to make changes without penalty.
If you don’t receive a confirmation immediately after booking, please text your service professional or check your Vagaro app contact preferences.
Here’s what to expect when you’re opted in:
1️⃣ Booking Confirmation: Instantly sent once you schedule your appointment.
2️⃣ 74-Hour Reminder: Confirms your intent to keep your appointment and reminds you that you have 26 hours (or 2 hours for 2.5+ hour services) to cancel without penalty.
3️⃣** 1-Hour Reminder:** A friendly nudge so you don’t lose track of time — guests love this one.
You may also receive occasional text alerts for last-minute openings or special promotions.
⚠️ Please don’t reply to automated texts — they drift into cyberspace and never reach us.
If you opt out of messages and later change your mind, you can re-enable them within your Vagaro profile settings.
✨ It’s your responsibility to keep track of appointments and review notifications carefully to avoid duplicate bookings. You’ll be responsible for any extra appointments created in error. ✨

Bank side: Take the winding stairs up to our suite.
Backside (circle drive): Both doors lead directly to us on the upper level, where we’re located — next to the winding stairs, ladies’ restroom, and drinking fountains.
When you arrive, text your service professional and wait in your car until you receive a response to come in. Because we don’t have a spa concierge, the suite doors may be locked while we’re performing closed-door services to ensure complete privacy for our guests.
✨ Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to use the restroom and settle in.
We kindly ask that you don’t arrive earlier unless prearranged — your time is reserved exclusively for you. ✨
We kindly ask that shoes be removed before getting on the treatment tables (dressed in fresh white sheets) or at the front door during inclement weather.

If unsatisfied with your choice: Products may only be brought back within 14 days & exchanged for equal value in product or a credit towards product. In the case of a defective state, i.e., broken, leaked, or not dispensing properly, proof of said defect in picture, video MUST be presented via email (Summer@sassyfacekc.com) or in person to Sassy Face KC within 24 hours of receipt and before any partial refund or exchange is negotiated.
